EMPO Training & Consultancy Services was founded in 2025 to close a stubborn gap: access to relevant, high-quality, practical education for the people who run Myanmar's humanitarian and development work. We pair ambitious learners and organisations with proven practitioners — and focus on the skills that actually move programmes forward: MEAL, proposal writing, organisational development, data tools and the everyday systems an NGO runs on. Based in Yangon, Myanmar, EMPO has trained 750+ people with 15 partner organisations since 2025.

Mr. Zon Hsai is the founder and CEO of EMPO. Driven by a passion for national progress, he established EMPO in 2025 to address one of the country's most significant challenges: access to relevant, high-quality education. The platform connects ambitious learners with proven industry practitioners, focusing on the practical skills humanitarian and development organisations in Myanmar need — MEAL, proposal writing, organisational development and field operations.
