At EMPO, we are committed to providing our learners with a high-quality and rewarding learning experience. We understand that sometimes, a course may not be the right fit. This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund can be requested for our online courses.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• Timeframe: You must request a refund within three (3) days of your original purchase date.
• Course Progress: You must have completed no more than 20% of the total course content. Course completion is tracked automatically by our learning platform.

2. Refund Amount

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a refund of 80% of the total purchase price. The remaining 20% will be retained by EMPO to cover processing and administrative fees.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

EMPO will not issue a refund in the following situations:

• Your refund request is submitted more than three (3) days after your purchase.
• You have completed more than 20% of the course content.
• You have violated our Terms of Service or any other policies.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. In your email, please include the following information:
   • Your full name
   • The email address you used to purchase the course
   • The title of the course you want to refund
   • The reason for your refund request (optional, but appreciated as it helps us improve)

5. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
